From the moment my mom and I entered the room, Brendan made sure that not only was our Papa being taken care of, but that we were too.

Brendan is personable and professional, and he makes himself available. He was very understanding that my grandfather can't hear, and Brendan was patient as he took the time to explain everything to Grandpa. Never once did things feel rushed.

Brendan is a great example of what a nurse should be. It wasn't just about giving us answers. It was about teaching us too, so that we could have a better comprehension.

Hospitals are a place no one wishes to visit, but with Papa being in the care of Brendan, I'm as comfortable as one can be in these circumstances.
