Heidi was welcoming to the students on the first day of the unit. She always makes us feel welcome and like we are supposed to be here. She shared past experiences with us and connected with us.

This floor was our first clinical, and it has truly been amazing to come on the floor and always be welcomed with a bright, warm smile. Heidi truly knows how to uplift our spirits every time we are here. PS: Thank you, Heidi, for all that you do. We will forever be grateful for you!!
