It was so heartwarming that she invested so much of herself into our situation. But that's just what Madison does.
My water broke at 19 weeks and I wasn't admitted into Antepartum until 21 weeks + 5 days when my baby was considered viable. I was depressed, lonely, and enduring a traumatic high-risk pregnancy when I met Madison. She was an immediate ray of sunshine in my day. She was kind, bubbly, and thoughtful. I could tell she could feel my pain and my worries, and she actively sat with me through some very tough emotions. She didn't shy away when I was grieving. She would check on me even when she wasn't assigned to me.

We requested each other and she became the main face that I saw on morning shifts. On days when I didn't have her, I missed her. And when she was back, I noticed I felt more hopeful and excited to see her. We became fast friends. After delivering my son, she visited me in postpartum. She even gifted me a baby blanket with my son's name stitched into it. She had handmade it. It was so heartwarming that she invested so much of herself into our situation. But that's just what Madison does. She is beautiful inside and out. Although I had a very traumatic high-risk pregnancy, I look back on my time in Antepartum fondly simply because Madison cared for me, my husband, and my newborn son. Thank you, Madison!
