Mr. Abban became the Clinical Operations Manager for this department in Oct. of 2015. Since that time he has worked closely with his team and the physician leadership to improve quality metrics, create a more trusting and collaborative environment, has taught the nurses how to provide more advanced care, including medication infusions and wound care. Mr. Abban is one of the key players in creating the ONEKP Standards at KPMAS, which teaches staff how to improve their customer service. Mr. Abban has helped develop a new lead nurse and has helped her bring out her strengths and grow as a leader in the department. Mr. Abban can also be seen performing hands-on care when patients require some extra attention, and he always does this with a smile. Mr. Abban is an incredible nurse who clearly cares for members and his team of nurses.
