February 2020 Honoree
adam schmitz, RN
Adam was assigned to my mother; he was very respectful and listened to her concerns and began troubleshooting immediately. He connected with my mom and helped with her discomfort. The third night he wasn't initially assigned to my mother, but he came in with the assigned nurse and stayed afterward to answer/explain all the concerns and talked about the care plan for my mother.
He listens to his patients' concerns and acts. Adam was actively trying to problem solve and alleviate any discomfort my mother was in. He was by far the most communicative care staff member we have encountered. We felt very lucky to have him as our nurse.

Thank you, Adam, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
