It is very hard to describe Adel. You have to be on 5th floor to understand the effect of caring he shows to everyone. The door to my room is always open (at my request) and I observe everything around me. Adel, while working at his station helps nurses, doctors, patients, visitors, and anyone needing help. He does his job with pride and is proud of his job.
