Aerol was taking care of my mom for the past 4 days. My mom is very comfortable with him. He made her feel safe and taken care of. He spoke with her in Tagalog, which I appreciate a lot. My mom was there for 7 days, and she was very sad and lonely and scared. My Mom was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. She has been very focused on her sugar. Every time it goes up, she stops eating because she fears getting insulin. Aerol was patient with my mom. He reassured her that she needed to eat to help her heal. My Mom listened to him, and she now finishes her meals. I see the color and weight coming back to her face. We have been very frustrated because she is losing weight. We are so thankful to Aerol for taking such good care of my mom.

Aerol is the assigned nurse to attend to my mother, who is confined in her room. He’s been providing excellent services and support. He is very attentive to my mom’s condition and wants to make sure she is comfortable. Aerol checks on her frequently and initiates a friendly conversation. Being a Filipino ourselves, he is able to connect with us easily. His kind demeanor and knowledge of his job make him a unique nurse with wit, humor, and compassion. He understands how patients feel and his actions respond to quality service and support. Aerol demonstrates the kind of nurse patients would prefer to have. Sutter is fortunate to have hired Aerol as one of the nurses. I am hoping that Aerol’s hard work and dedication will be recognized.
