Ms. Agnes was more than a physical nurse; she was a spiritual healer and director in my feelings and healing time. I have never met a more caring and healing person than her. I have very emotional times, in my illness especially, and for someone to take the time out of her extremely busy work schedule to do the things she does is truly a nurse that has chosen the correct direction in finding a job where she belongs. They are stretched so far between the patients that they are responsible for; it's hard for me to understand how she always completes her job with a smile and a kind heart. It is truly amazing the things they do. I wish them great success in their careers and lives.

Agnes was very sweet. She had the utmost patience with a difficult patient. One thing that stood out the most to me was her desire to keep me comfortable. One time when my nurse was unable to give me the immediate help I needed, Agnes came to my rescue even though I was not one of her patients at the time. She was there to assist without complaining. Other times when I was sitting in my room, Agnes made time to talk and show interest in my cell phone pics. No one from my family showed up to visit during the two days I was under her care. She's made me feel less isolated by listening. Just plain old listening. Great job Agnes! You're the best!

As soon as I arrived on the unit, Agnes was extremely friendly and warm. I arrived right at shift change and she never even showed that it was time for her to leave. She gave me time, attention and patience even though it was time for her to leave. She helped get me settled into my room even when she did not need to. She made sure to ask if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable before completing the bedside report to the incoming nurse.
