Aimee is also one of the key persons who started the HELP Campaign as part of the Quality Improvement project in improving patient satisfaction.
Aimee initiated the Monthly Interactive Learning Day (MILD) that reviews and discusses policies and procedures or protocols necessary for their operation with all the staff across Ambulatory Centers in collaboration with all the Nursing Unit Managers. The goal of this activity is to increase the awareness of staff in all organizational policies. Aimee is also one of the key persons who started the HELP Campaign as part of the Quality Improvement project in improving patient satisfaction through improvement in the patient flow and restructuring of clinical areas. Together with the rest of the Quality and Practice Improvement Unit Based Council, this project flourished, increasing the patient satisfaction survey results.

Aimee also acts as a liaison for all the UBC Chairpersons of the entire Ambulatory Medical Services to collaborate, ask for help, and work together for process improvement projects, project proposals, and promoting a speak-up culture. She is also one of the persons who helped facilitate the launching of the ZERO Campaign in Ambulatory Centers which aims at having zero harm to patients.
