Nurse Aimee has consistently been an outstanding nurse for my husband since the day we entered ICU. She was his nurse the 1st day of his 21 day stay so far. She attended him another day and has checked in on him every day she has been here with loving and compassionate concern.
Yesterday, as we have had to make some very difficult decisions, she very graciously got another nurse to check her patient that shift in order to take time to take our granddaughter (age 31) and me to see the palliate care unit. What a kind, caring, compassionate action on Aimee’s part.
She has made such a significant difference in our lives during our stay here in ICU. A very memorable encourager she is!
