Alaina is very attentive to her patient's needs.  She exhibits a pleasant personality and greeted me with a smile when entering the room. Alaina has good communication skills.  She was always able to answer my questions, which I appreciated. She followed through on requests in a timely manner.  I would say Alaina is skilled, knowledgeable, and hard-working.  She seems to be a team player.  Franklin Woods is fortunate to have Alaina on their staff.

From the first day I met Alaina in my son's hospital room, I said "She has a wonderful personality as a nurse."  Let me list some things that make Alaina stand out from others:  her cheerful disposition, eye contact with both the patient and visitor, timeliness when called upon to change IV or when a question arises, dedication to our son's complex cancer care, she has the sweetest smile and disposition, her communication skills are strong and questions are answered, tenderness in care, follow through on requests that have gone ignored by others, hard-working and so very efficient, very knowledgeable and skilled.  All in all, Alaina has been top-notch as a nurse.  She gives so much of herself to her patients.  Our son has been so fortunate to have Alaina as his RN 3-4 times.
