Alan was phenomenal. He was exceptionally attentive and excellent at his job. He is young and when he came in, I thought "do I want this nurse to perform this procedure?", but he was so very professional.
I was very frightened, but Alan made me feel like I was the only person in the room; that his attention was not diverted by all that was going on. He concentrated solely on me. Once I mumbled that I was cold and he immediately got me a warm blanket. There was nothing that got by Alan. When I mentioned that a certain smell bothered me, he asked if there was something he could do to alleviate the smell, like an alcohol pad. I have never had such good care.
