Alana was the perfect nurse for my dad. She explained everything she was doing and always asked him if what she was doing was ok, even though he couldn’t move or speak. My dad is very intelligent and self-sufficient, so this situation has been extremely difficult for him. She treated him with respect and care and wasn’t too much or too little. She was communicative and kind with our family and gave us just the right amount of small talk and connection. I wish she could be my dad’s nurse for his whole stay.
