Alex possesses Compassion, Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, Leadership, and Excellence!! My husband who was set to have a major surgery. The entire day Alex was with us, he was so calm, which kept us calm and reassured. Alex explained everything to me so I could understand and he double checked all orders from the doctors and respiratory therapist. Alex kept me informed of all procedures and made sure I understood all procedures and things happening and he answered all my questions. Alex's compassion helped me through the process while my husband was in surgery. He reminded me that I needed to take care of myself as well. It was very clear to me that he genuinely cares for people because of how he cared for us! I had very little worry that it would not go as planned because Alex kept me informed and comfortable through the whole thing.
