Alex is straight, slightly crass, and incredibly to the point. Yet, facing the loss of a father, he was able to be realistic with a calm and empathetic voice. Alex is wonderful! At some point in my life, I hope to do for others what he has done for us. He was both realistic and a bright light. I cannot thank Alex enough for his care of my father, and us, and his kind words. During the worst of times, Alex was a wonderful patch of good in so much darkness and despair. I would never wish this upon anyone, but if someone has the misfortune of being in our shoes, I would hope Alex could be by their side.
