Alex Hill, RN

While no one wants to be at the hospital on a holiday, we were grateful that Alex was on duty and helped us throughout our visit. She was empathetic and treated us with dignity and respect. Everything was frightening to my son. Through it all, Alex was there, working tirelessly and diligently. She patiently explained things to us, sometimes more than once. Of utmost importance to her was my son's comfort. The kindness and compassion she showed my son was unparalleled. She never seemed stressed or rushed, always having smiles and good words for everyone. Merit River Region's ER is lucky to have Alex. She deserves recognition!
