Alexa got to know me personally enough to know what would make me more comfortable and brought a feeling of lightheartedness to my situation. She also cared enough to make my family comfortable, even though they weren't her patients. She has an awesome attitude and disposition. This hospital is not only incredibly lucky to have her, but the patients she treats are, as well!
