Alice Kreiger, BSN, RN

Over the past six months or so, I’ve watched the amount of work Alice does to help maintain safe staffing numbers and meet the needs of the hospital as we continue to open wards. Between consistently hiring contract staff consisting of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs for both Gage Center and CCE, organizing and collaborating with the several different agencies that WSH works with, and the training departments of both centers to quickly ensure they are equipped with the skills they need to work safely at WSH, the security team for badges, etc., it is a lot! But Alice handles it with grace and a smile. She has done a fantastic job with hiring agency staff to help the hospital during the staffing shortage, as well as coordinating training and practicums for college students from various schools. Alice is a rockstar RN3 and is deserving of the DAISY Award. We appreciate her EVERY DAY!
