I consider Alilie special because she truly lives the commitment to care.
I consider Alilie special because she truly lives the commitment to care. She is a wonderful team member and I enjoy working every shift with her. She is eager to jump in and help in any way possible. Even when she was extremely pregnant, she would be the first in the room to help ill patients until I suggested that she stop. The patients like her because of her compassion. She takes the time to listen and try to come up with a solution for the patient. She checks on her patients (and me) throughout the shift to ensure that we are having the best night possible. My day becomes a little lighter when I see her name on staffing. She never complains and she is one nurse that I would gladly go to war for.
