As a charge nurse, Alla listened to our wishes and needs when others made their own judgements for us. They told us what they thought was right by reading my mother-in-law’s chart. They judged our care without listening to us. Alla heard us.

She gave us support and the strength to tell them what we needed and was a true advocate for my mother-in-law. Her nursing personality really showed as she advocated for what my mother-in-law wanted.

I need to let you know you have a lot of wonderful nurses. She was training a nurse. She was so wonderful as well as the new nurse being trained. Wonderful team!
