I was very impressed with Allegra. On the first day of my mother's stay at the hospital, Allegra's Supervisor approached her about taking her lunch break since she had not taken her breakfast or lunch break. Her response was, "Let me finish with my patient," and allowed another colleague to take lunch.
I was very impressed by her level of professionalism, attentiveness, and sacrifice, and as I observed her throughout the week, her care, empathy and professionalism were consistent. Medication, cleanliness was on point; never wavered, never complained. Her disposition was always kind and gentle.
I am honored and delighted she was my mother's nurse.
