My son went in for dental work at LMH. It was our second time going there due to an issue with the equipment and the surgery could not be performed the first time. We had the same pre-op nurse both times. She was amazing, so compassionate and caring towards B, and she acted in a way that made him feel at ease being there. She explained things that she was going to do at a level he could understand and made games out of it. She saw me struggling during our first visit and took the time to do a puzzle with him and even roll him in a children's car for a solid thirty minutes to distract him. I can't thank her enough for this. She definitely deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond.
