Ally was amazing! She made us feel like we were the only patient even though we knew she had a very full schedule. She had a positive attitude, and her energy was contagious. Her compassion and care were unmatched, and I hope the hospital knows what an asset she is.

Amazing to the 5th Floor from CVCU, we were “Welcomed” with sparkling eyes, a warm smile, and a “Hi, I am Ally.” We were fortunate to have Ally as my husband’s caregiver, motivator, and confidant for several days. Ally cared for him with compassion and respect. Her nursing skills were evident in how she taught both of us tricks for him to navigate after a quad heart bypass surgery and ensured that he was comfortable with medications and all needed help. Ally is a great, sincere, and patient listener. His recovery improved during her work shifts! If only Ally could come home with us!

She has a very upbeat personality. As a family member of the patient, she made sure to reassure me and answer any questions we had. She lit up with a smile when she saw my husband walking the halls after his bypass. You can tell she enjoys her job.
