Alma Ganal, RN

Alma is very detailed and dedicated to her job as a nurse. She always provides patient education and advocates for them. She works with all the multidisciplinary teams to provide the best care for all her patients. She supported me and guided me with kindness and motivated me to keep learning. Alma constantly provided new learning opportunities and reinforced unit protocols and policies. She continued to guide me through time management and prioritization. I had many opportunities with critical patients and new admissions. I'm blessed to be able to learn from all my preceptors and each is unique. Alma definitely made an impact on my learning.
