When my mom, the patient, and I first visited Alycia she was pleasant and professional. We were sent to radiology for a chest x-ray and encountered another staff member who was the exact opposite. A good experience quickly turned very bad. Long story short, we returned to Alycia for assistance. She gladly helped us and far exceeded anything we could have asked for. We feel she should be recognized for her exemplary service and treatment of not only my mother but of me. She is a true asset to the ENMMC.
