Yesterday I was invited to your fine establishment to have a stent put into my heart - yes, I was scared and nervous! I was welcomed by a little angel that said her name was Alyssa. She greeted me with what I know was a big smile, even though she had it covered with her mask. She proceeded to take my fears away by being very comforting, caring, and reassuring me that I was in good hands with my doctor. She went about her work, constantly letting me know what she was doing and what was to come while professionally answering all of my questions. I could tell she really loved her job, and she is darn good at it as well. After surgery, she was there for my every need and call-especially a big cup of coffee! Alyssa made my experience a good one! Trinity Health is a people business, and you sure have a good one in Alyssa.
