Our grandson was in the unit and Amanda listened and explained how it would be if we removed everything. With her love and caring knowledge we were able to make the decision. Through this awful experience she was holding my hand and answering my questions. She told me that right now we are in limbo with our feelings and we can't heal. Next phase, if he passes, will be hard but we will start the journey. That immediately resonated and helped us understand. That statement was so meaningful. She is an angel to us.
