Amber Lorge, RN, BSN, MSN

Amber is most often the charge RN when she’s working. She goes out of her way to ensure not only the patients are content and satisfied but also the nursing staff she’s working with. Amber is always available to assist and is an invaluable resource to the department. When we have a critical patient, she ensures the primary nurse is comfortable in the situation and is always in the room to offer any assistance until it is no longer needed. She continues to check in and make sure things are taken care of. She has been an RN for almost ten years now and is also the trauma coordinator for Elmbrook. The time she gives to this role when not staffing the ER is quite commendable and should not be overlooked. She puts a lot of time, energy, heart, and thought into all her work, and that deserves major recognition! Thank you, Amber, for all that you do. You are so appreciated!!! You deserve a DAISY.
