All clinical rotations’ evaluations were extremely focused on Amirah’s behavioral and compassionate attitude toward patients, families, and staff working with her.
Amirah has a unique personality that makes her different from her colleagues, so is calm, quiet, shy, professional, and compassionate. When we say she grew in the nursing profession as a compassionate nurse, we mean it. Amirah doesn’t talk a lot, however, she lets her work speak instead. Since she joined JHAH and during the orientation program, she displayed a professional attitude and commitment to her profession.

All clinical rotations’ evaluations were extremely focused on Amirah’s behavioral and compassionate attitude toward patients, families, and staff working with her. She always tends to take time before she speaks and determines an action. This doesn’t mean to be negative, however, she is using this style as a mature behavior when making decisions during challenging situations in nursing practice.

As for the academic rules and requirements, Amirah is always on time when submitting reflective journals, case studies, clinical competencies, timesheets, etc. In addition, Amirah has Zero absenteeism records since the beginning of the internship. Working in teams and during group projects, Amirah shows respectful behavior to her colleagues and acts as a role model and active member. To be specific, Amirah was functioning as a moderator to balance the group tasks and ensure that each member is working efficiently.
