This leader is the best leader for our dept. She is an incredible advocate for her staff and her patients and works tirelessly to create an environment in which we can all provide the most safe and effective care. She has an excellent way of dealing with people of all personality types and backgrounds and always makes her nurses feel supported and that there is a culture of safety and acceptance. At any point, if one of us has any questions or concerns, she is always immediately available to provide insight and answers for us, and her door is always open. Despite the large number of staff members she is responsible for, she is always personally involved in their success and helps us all become the best Prisma employees we can be.
