My mother had spinal surgery and ended up developing a DVT and had to extend her stay. Eleven days later, Mom returned after developing an infection at the rehab hospital. My Mom was in extreme pain and needed extra attention, time, and urgent responses. Amy not only gave my Mom all of these things, but she also did it with passion and extreme empathy, wiping her tears, showing her compassion, sharing, and listening to stories about kids and life. Amy made my Mom feel safe and cared for. All of the staff was very good, but Amy stands out. Thank you, Amy, you are a genuine, sweet loving soul.
