Amy is the true meaning of teamwork. She has provided me and our sweet patient with the greatest care! 2 weeks ago we were needing to complete a cystogram for this 4-month-old patient. Radiology nurses tried cathing 2 times and were sadly unsuccessful. I called Amy and she came down without questioning or saying, "that's not my job/role". She also grabbed a NICU nurse for extra hands. Because this patient was very strong, cathing her was not successful on this day. I sent an email to get help for the next time this patient came back to see us to complete the cysto. We got the day scheduled to complete this test. Amy helped me more than ever expected. She arranged a Peds nurse to come with her, and even got the Child Life Specialist involved! All I can say is her determination and willingness to help and do what's best for the patient created a magical team that was successful in cathing this young patient. You seriously are the best team player and are always willing to help with a smile and positivity! Thank you so much!
