Amy went above and beyond her job on many levels. First, my back was killing me after suffering a brain aneurysm. She showed me some stretches and rubbed my back. More importantly, she talked to me and listened to me as I was feeling pretty low. I never felt like she had someplace better to be, even though I knew she was busy! Additionally, she learned that I love the outside, so she arranged with my doctors to bring me outside for 15 minutes. This was not an easy task as I had IVs and other things hooked up to me, plus she had to wheel me in a wheelchair. However, sitting in those Adirondack chairs and soaking up the sun was the highlight of my stay. I am so grateful that she found a way to make such a difficult situation better! My family took a picture, and the smile on my face was a mile wide. This was all because she went above and beyond for her patient! I will never forget her and her compassion and kindness. You are very lucky to have her on your staff.
