The moment that I got admitted to the floor, from the ER, Amy was so wonderful. She had a beautiful smile that put me at ease and made me feel comfortable! She spoke softly and genuinely in regards to why I was there and what I could expect. She made me feel like we were friends and had known each other for a long time. (That eased any of my anxiety about the chest pain and pressure I had.) She brought my medications quickly, when I needed them and explained what they were, and the effects they would have.
I really feel that Amy is the person that anybody would be glad to have if they had to be in the hospital! I felt like she went above and beyond her duties to make me feel special during my stay! I was truly blessed to have her take care of me!
