Amy McIntosh, RN
Our son was diagnosed with acute liver failure and needed to be watched closely. We were faced with the reality that he might not make it, so emotions were high. Amy was a huge help with answering our questions. She is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills as she explained some of the complex issues to us. Amy also got approval for us to surprise our son by bringing his dog in for a short visit. The reunion with our son and his best friend was priceless. I appreciate everything Amy did to make that happen.
