Amy is a very thorough Nurse who is a mentor on the unit. She is very thorough with her assessments and tends to not see patients until she knows the whole picture and history. Amy is a great team player. She is willing to help us. She has been a preceptor for many student nurses, and Versant nurses and has been flexible with working the observation unit recently. I know when I work with Amy, I have a great team player on my team. She is very good at communicating with families, patients, staff and physicians and stays calm in busy or emergent situations. Amy deserves to be recognized for all her consistent, thorough care over the years.
