Amy really has a heart of gold and compassionate as she can be when a doctor wouldn't let me speak, she noticed I did not like to be talked over. She stands up for her patients and not only allows their voices to be heard but she helps them raise it and be vocal. I was having a hard time doing my hair from the surgery pain and tenderness in my back and she offered to do my hair. The sweetest, trying to feel clean while being in the hospital is hard when you haven't bathed like normal but she made me feel super comfortable.
