Amy Watts, RN, BSN

Amy has worked in the ED as a staff RN, Charge RN, and now ED Manager. She has increased nurse retention. She encourages personal growth for her staff through ENPC and TNCC. She is a mentor and a leader and her door is always open to her staff. Amy is committed to patient experience and has worked with her staff to develop and implement expectations for excellence in the patient experience in the ED. Amy is well respected by the physicians as well as the EMS. Amy successfully led the ED through chest pain accreditation. She is committed and has a heart of gold. Throughout the pandemic, Amy had led her team well and completed an ED renovation amidst high volume and high acuity.
