Amy realized how anxious I was and brought me a cold, wet rag to put on my face.
When I was admitted to have my baby, I was having a very traumatic time. My blood pressure was extremely high and I was having a lot of anxiety about having my baby so early. When I went in to have my c-section, I was very overwhelmed and was on the verge of passing out. There was so much going on in the OR, and I felt that no one was talking to me or telling me what was happening. Amy realized how anxious I was and brought me a cold, wet rag to put on my face. But since I was strapped down to the table, she rubbed it all over my face, and it immediately brought me back to the room. I will never forget that.

Then, when I was readmitted a few days later, I ended up blacking out and passed out on the floor. Amy was the first face that I saw when I came back from that. She was in my face, calling my name, helping my husband to stay calm and get me back awake and get back to my bed. She went out of her way to get me something to eat after this and make sure that I was feeling better.
