Ana is a fantastic nurse! I was feeling very down after being here so long. Ana decided I needed a "spa day". I hadn't had my hair washed in 3 weeks and Ana took the time to wash my hair and give me a shower. This made me feel so much better and I thought it was awesome she took so much time to do this for me. Since she knew I was still feeling upset, Ana gifted me a bamboo plant and a nice card. I loved the gift and appreciated her thinking of me. Ana truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to show how much her patient's mean to her!
