Ana is constantly being recognized by patients and peers for her loving and caring demeanor. Great bedside manners and very professional to all. She is a great resource to the team and has taken on multiple leadership roles as charge and a preceptor. We recently had a patient that was with us for more than 4 months. The patient had no family or belongings. Ana made sure to bring in new clothing and items for the patient to have. Constantly making sure she was well taken care of and assisting with keeping her safe. Her compassion also extends to her peers. After Hurricane Ian, she helped a fellow team member that lost their vehicle by picking her up in the morning to bring her to work. Even though the route was out of her way. Ana encompasses an outstanding team player and an overall Extraordinary Nurse.
