Andrew West, BSN, RN, CMSRN

My son spent 2 weeks on the unit Mr. West runs, I’m going to be simple with my comments about his staff…they are great, respectful, and professional. I want you to know that Andrew is a great leader, humble, smart, and cares about his patients and staff. Not even one day passed without him calling me or answering my calls to ask about my son. Mr. West went out of his way two times to pick up food for him that he would actually eat and came to see him daily. He is a good manager, a good person, and has a good heart. I really can’t express in words how great he was and indeed his staff. I wanted to share my thoughts about Andrew, as I myself work in a hospital and understand how difficult it is to manage a nursing unit. I feel comfortable with his service and know it can be difficult balancing multiple aspects of the job while truly caring for the patients. He was truly great. Thank you for having a leader like Andrew at your hospital.
