We came in via the ER with a difficult and, at least to us, troublesome diagnostic picture. Angela's presence and gentle reassurance made a bad experience less bad. Her ability to listen with her heart as well as her ears helped her find the right words to calm our fears. Such a kind smile and soothing disposition help reduce patient fears. Her tender loving care attitude extended to the aides and other nurses. She projects an attitude that the most important thing she can do is take care of this patient. She appears to view taking care of people as a blessing for her.
