I want to express sincere appreciation and special thanks to Angie, RN who not only gave me professional medical nursing care but intervened when I was in a U.N. combat-related PTSD flashback. She went above and beyond her required scope of practice and helped me identify the triggers and came up with a solution. She then followed through by providing care and compassion to me.
She also followed up throughout that day and until my time of discharge to expedite my smooth transition from hospital to home for a special family reunion. My sincere and utmost thanks and appreciation to Angie.
