I am a regular patient requiring the same procedure every 3 months, and my experiences have for the most part have been positive ones. However, this time it was exemplary. My nurse, Angelique was absolutely wonderful. She exhibited extraordinary skill with my IV, which in the past has always been a difficult and negative experience for me. Her charm and easy-going attitude enabled me to truly relax. Fear and apprehension were totally non-existent. That was a first for me with this procedure.
Angelique is to be highly commended for her nursing skills, people skills and bedside manner. She is truly an asset to your staff. I am a very grateful patient.
