Nomination 1
No matter how many patients I send to triage for evaluation, Ann always takes orders and asks pertinent questions about the patient in order to meet their needs. I am always happy when Ann answers the triage phone. She takes excellent care of our patients.


Nomination 2
Ann was patient, answered every question and made sure no matter how busy she was both the baby and I were safe. She is most definitely a team player. Even in the midst of her clinical duties she made sure everyone ate, even her staff. She did her best to accommodate every need and random thing I asked for and helped others when she could. She made me feel relaxed as possible. She pays attention to EVERYTHING!
She even noticed loose tape on my IV. She makes sure pain is under control and empathized throughout. She exhibited personality which is key for me in patient care. I would recommend her to care for my family. I am in the medical field and loved the fact she answered my clinical questions and never seemed annoyed. She never passed off her duties. Even when things got darn right nasty, she was willing to help. It is good to see someone who loves their job! Ann made my stay at MVH a better experience. Two thumbs up for Ann!


Nomination 3
Ann greeted us with a warm smile. She made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient. She knew I was in pain, even after the epidural, and was persistent in getting anesthesiologist back to the room to give me more medicine. She treated my family like they were her patients also. My family kept telling her how amazing she was! She made me feel comfortable and even hugged me and wished me luck before she left. Ann made my birth experience extraordinary! I hope if I have another kid, she could help me deliver again!
