Ann Marie always goes above and beyond for the Med-Surg department. She never stops and she is always willing to help anyone (no job is too big or too small for her). She could have patients of her own (and be charge) and still go out of her way to make sure everyone is taken care of. She is the MOST compassionate. Her dedication to not only the patients but the staff is unmatched. NO ONE deserves this more than her. There are so many times Ann Marie has helped me personally with my own nursing journey. She has made me the nurse I am today. She held me while I cried after my first rapid response. She is the nurse I want to be.
