My adult son was admitted with a severe urinary infection with an abscess. He was septic. He started to cough and it continued to worsen. I knew something was different. I informed Anna and I asked for a chest x-ray. He had an abdominal x-ray and CT scan but no chest x-ray. Immediately she contacted the doctor. Anna stayed in the room monitoring him. X-ray was done and showed bronchitis. She listened to a mother's instinct and intuition. I thanked her for it. He was given a breathing treatment and new medication. He improved and I believe because of Anna's quick action it was caught in the early stage. Anna was also kind and caring. She carried on a small conversation and that made my son feel comfortable. He said when she left the room, I like her she is nice and knows her stuff. Thank you, Anna.
