Anna was my nurse for two very stressful days. She did so amazingly at easing my fears. When told I was going to have an angiogram, she explained the procedure and reassured me I was under the best of care. Shen even offered a prayer for me, which I much appreciated. Easing my fears of the nuclear stress test was greatly appreciated as I previously had problems with it and was going to refuse it. She was readily available when I put my call light on, never rushing, always treating me as if I were her only patient. Her excellent care and attention will always be remembered.
I have been a patient in several hospitals. Never have I encountered a more knowledgeable, caring individual than Anna. She is a valuable member of this hospital staff and needs to be recognized as such.
