Anna was very responsive, kind, and caring. We all appreciated her bedside manner. This was a very hard stay for us – my mom had a heart attack a day after her brother was placed in the ICU for a brain abscess. Anna was with us throughout our whole stay. She helped my mom as she grieved, and arranged for my mom to visit the ICU to say goodbye to her brother. She was with us the whole time. She nursed her through the news that my uncle had died. She showed our family compassion and respect as we made funeral plans from my mom’s hospital room. At one point, I was in the waiting room making phone calls and Anna came out to tell me that she would be willing to help our family in any way. Our weekend was terrible, but she was a bright spot. She was placed in some very hard and awkward situations but handled it all with grace. Hands down the best nurse I’ve ever seen!
